The contained inulin and the linseed cake stand for a stable gastrointestinal tract. Magnesium contributes to a balanced electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, normal muscle functions, healthy protein synthesis, the functioning of the nervous system, normal mental functions and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium also plays a role in the cell division process.
