Important information about shipments

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy & Slovenia.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number.
This way you always know exactly where your order is and when it is expected to be delivered.
The average shipping time is 2 to 4 working days. However, should there be any delays with the respective shipping partner, please feel free to contact us. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours until the first delivery status of your shipment is visible. The order will be delivered within 2-4 working days.

To track your parcel, you will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the shipping partner.

The average delivery time for parcels within Austria and to Germany is 2-4 working days.

Within Austria we ship with the Austrian Post, shipments abroad are sent via the shipping partner DHL.
