CBD is the abbreviation for cannabidiol. Cannabinoids are produced by the body itself in a natural way. They are important for the physiological balance in the body. CBD isolate is a highly purified form of CBD. It is extracted from the hemp plant in the shape of crystals. CBD isolates are used for cosmetic products in the EU.

When producing CBD isolates, we start in the same way as for whole extracts. Subsequent purification steps yield the highly pure CBD isolate.
