In order to be able to fully use the HEROSAN Online Shop, please complete the account set-up by issuing your own password:
  1. Click here, to open the “Forgot Password“-Form
  2. Enter the email address which received your order confirmation or welcome email from HEROSAN.
  3. Click on the “SEND PASSWORD“-Button
  4. Open your E-Mail Inbox
  5. There you will find an e-mail from the HEROSAN Online Shop titled “Forgotten password“
  6. Please click on the “RESET PASSWORD“-Button in this E-Mail
  7. Doing so will open a new window in the HEROSAN Online Shop, in which you can set a new password of your choice.
    1. For personal security reasons, we recommend that you always use at least one uppercase letter, one digit and one special character in your password.
