YOUR TASKS
Depending on your CV and interests, these can be very different.
From support in logistics to sales as a consultant in the field, indoor sales, media designer, product guy or similar in marketing, the range of our departments and professional opportunities is very broad.
You might bring something that we didn’t know we needed and create a whole new position.
When we invite you for an interview, we find out together where our interests overlap and whether we can find each other.
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE
Send us your best cover letter. Tell us who you are, what you stand for and why you are the right fit for us. We can’t get past the CV, and if you are applying on your own initiative for a position where work samples make sense, we would be happy to receive these too.

ABOUT OUR TEAMS
We are an international team, spread across our offices in Austria and Germany. We currently consist of around 30 team members of all ages.
CONSULTANTS
Consultants live for our HEROSAN partners and therefore are the nucleus of our company. For consultants, long-term sustainability is essential, because this is what the relationship with HEROSAN partners thrives on.
They visit existing and new HEROSAN partners on site, advise and support them extensively, either on the ground or by telephone, provide products and act as an intermediary between the company and the HEROSAN partner in the event of questions and feedback.
INDOOR SALES
Consultants are the nucleus and Indoor Sales is its supporting shell. Every single day, Indoor Sales support our Consultants by making phone calls to clients, scheduling appointments and thus coordinating route planning.
LOGISTICS
Think of logistics as the company’s hands. From early morning until late at night, our logistics team coordinates that incoming orders reach our HEROSAN partners and their customers in a timely manner.
There is more to it than meets the eye: Warehouse management, correct loading of the respective parcels, association of the parcels with the respective recipients, transmission of the parcels to our shipping service providers and much more.
SUPPORT
The heart of the company. Our support team works from dawn to dusk every weekday to provide the best product experience for our HEROSAN partners and their customers. Whether by phone, chat, email or in coordination with our consultants – our support team is always there for you.
BACKOFFICE
The brain of the company. All orders and payments are coordinated and settled here. Our back office team looks after HEROSAN partners and their customers in all matters relating to orders and finances in order to guarantee them a smooth purchasing process.
MARKETING
The marketing team is the creativity of the company. Product design, catalogues, brochures, newsletters, the HEROSAN website, the online shop, new digital features and much more are created here every day.
CEOs
Our CEOs Conny Pint and Daniel Taurer are the consciousness of the company. They keep everything together. Conny and Daniel steer the company, set the direction and goals and continuously develop the corporate vision – the big picture.
